NJP-2000 Capsule Filling Machine

Working Description1. Empty gelatin capsules are fed from a storage hopper to the positioner and they are sent into one of the 10 sets of carrier segment with the help of vacuum. Each carrier segment contains two parts and can hold 18 empty capsules.
2. When the upper holder of the carrier segment rises, the upper and lower parts of the capsule are separated.
3. The upper holder starts retracting while the lower one proceeds to the dosing station of the capsule filling machine.
4. The upper holder completely retracts.
5. Medicine powder is inserted into the lower capsule. If there is no capsule held at the lower holder, the powder will fall into a collection tray.
6. The removal of un-separated capsule or up-side-down capsule caps is performed with the aid of round rods.
7. The upper holder stretches out to the position above the lower one.
8. The upper and lower holders are closely matched and the lower capsule is pushed upward into the cap by round rods.
9. The round rod further pushes the filled capsule upwards to discharge it from the carrier.
10. Carrier segment is cleaned by vacuum cleaner so as to convey empty capsules.
