Functions
The automatic function of the thermo blister machine will be further improved if it can be equipped with an image detecting controlling device.
1. The thermo blister machine can check out the pills when the rate of defect is above 15%, half-filled capsules and empty capsules; and it will reject waste plate automatically.
2. The thermo blister machine can calculate the number of the checked and rejected products.
3. The main screen of the thermo blister machine's monitor will trace and display the position and situation of the waste plate until they were rejected.
4. The system has the function of point reject and continuous reject.
