1. The film blowing machine, SJ50B is an improved version of blown film machine, SJ-50A. It is designed for areas with high temperature all year round.
2. Compared with the blown film machine, SJ-50A, the film blowing machine, SJ50B has added units like vane cooling device and heat dissipation device.
3. Our blown film machine makes use of spiral die head, which is designed by our company and has obtained the national patents.
4. Made of superior alloy steel and created by chromate treatment, the charging barrel and screw of the machine feature strong resistance to abrasion, high temperature and deformation.

7. The tail frame of our machine adopts torque motor single reeling, which overcomes the shortcoming of overlength of similar machines in the domestic market, and saves much space and reduces the reject products.
Our film blowing machine, SJ-50B and film blowing machine, SJ-60B are used for making zip lock bags out of LDPE materials, with the same film thickness of 0.03-0.22mm and screw ratio of 30:1, and the speed of 7-11meter/min, power of 15KW and 20KW respectively.
