The JXNFM53-4/66-768 jacquard loom uses an electromagnetic needle selection, with the magnetic selection unit driven using a solenoid valve to complete the needle selection process. This is faster and more efficient, and significantly improves the finished textile quality. The production speed exceeds 1200r/minute, which significantly increases the production rate.

The traditional plastic jacquard modules have to be replaced within one or two years, though the service life of the magnetic selection unit reaches 10 to 20 years, thus reducing maintenance costs. The combination of a magnetic selection unit and solenoid valve significantly reduces the usage frequency of mechanical parts, friction among them and the vibration of harness wire and warp yarn, all of which enhance the jacquard machine’s durability. The magnetic selection unit’s yarn tension is larger and more stable, ensuring the woven cloth is more delicate and smoother to satisfy production requirements for heavier woven types with a higher density.
