The zipper bag making machine, RT-700C produces all types of zipper bag, reclosable bag, and slider bags using thermal bonding or by attaching the zipper to the flat film. In order to produce different types of plastic zipper bag like zip lock bag, grape bag, slider zipper bag, etc., the zipper bag making machine is equipped with a special JL 45 zipper extruder.

2. The machine features functions of bottom folding, edge folding, thermal bonding, perforating, hot cutting and sealing, welding and scalding, etc.
3. The front cutting bag part of the RT700C zipper bag making machine, RT-700C cuts on the silicon belt instead of cutting on the rubber covered roller. Doing so can strengthen the bag hot sealing as well as beautify the sealing of the bags. The zipper bag making machine has automatic stop equipment in place in the event the machine runs out of material, there is a photocell error and/or temperature abnormality.
4. In addition, compared with its traditional counterparts, our zipper bag making machine uses a horizontal type of attachment. This aids in improving the smoothness of the attachment (thermal bonding) which helps the machine work more smoothly, stably and easily.

The whole machine frame is welded by 14 mm steel iron plate completely, as opposed to channel steel.

7. The transmission part of hot cutting knife of the zipper bag making machine has been changed to utilize the international standard type of steel shaft linear bearing bar. Since workers can forget to add oil to the knife, this change can help avoid damage or deformation to the transmission chaining part and improve the quality of bag making.
8. The zipper bag making machine, RT-700C uses an advanced computer control system, LCD and drive. The machine can break zip and film as well as automatically alarm and stop. The zipper bag making machine applies the functions of photoelectric deviation-rectifying, magnetic powder tension control to the process of edge folding.
