The RT700C zipper bag making machine integrates the advanced technology home and abroad. It comes with zipper attachment and auto slider insertion device. Multi-function and automatic, our product can be equipped with JL 45 zipper extruder for making different kinds of plastic zipper bags, such as ziplock slider bags, bone zipper bag, grape bag, and some others.
Our plastic zipper bag machine comes with multiple functions, like EPC unwinding, bottom folding, zipper attachment, zipper feeding, perforating, ultrasonic welding and scalding, hot cutting and sealing, automatic slider insertion, etc. Therefore, it solves the problems encountered by the traditional way of making zip lock bags such as bag size limitation, multi-color printing, time-consuming manual slider insertion, etc.
Features
1. The zipper bag making machine uses LCD touch screen, PLC and electric eye tracking system, Snider electrical component, and Omoron temperature controller, to control the machine comprehensively.
2. Employing 3kW YASKAWA servo motor, our ziplock bag machinery is quite stable during operation.
3. It adopts 2.2kW main motor from China and 2kW frequency converter from Panasonic.
4. The 2kW ultrasonic controller is used for stable and rapid ultrasonic sealing.
5. The film unwinding and folding is controlled by EPC.
6. As opposed to channel steel (U-bar Welded), the whole machine frame is welded by 14mm steel iron plate completely.
7. Adopting horizontal type zipper attachment, the zipper bag making machine effectively improves the smoothness of the attachment, helping the machine work more stably and easily.
8. Instead of eccentric drive transmission, the swinging arm type transmission is used also, which is the same as the three-side sealing machine transfer motion. In addition, the cycloidal reduction box and the imported synchronous belt are employed.
9. Particularly, our product is produced with reinforced rib silicon belt for the zipper strip, making sure the neat and nice bag sealing. It is easier for users to replace the silicone belt, since the plate under the belt can run up and down.
10. The bridge type knife beam, pressing plate and the presser foot are produced with linear cutting technology.
11. The embossed aluminium pressing plate for the zipper bag making machine makes for firm, neat and beautiful bag sealing.
12. For easy maintenance, and stable and speedy operation, the zipper bag production line is installed with steel plate bridge type beam.
13. The international standard type of steel shaft linear bearing is adopted in place of the hot cutting knife for the transmission part, eliminating the damage or deformation of the transmission chain caused by forgettable oil feeding. So, the quality of the zipper bag can be improved.
14. To make sure the stable performance, our automatic zip lock bag making equipment adopts imported spring for knife, pressing plate and the presser foot from Japan.
15. The automatic stop device will stop the machine for running out of material, photocell error, or temperature abnormality.

Introduction of Auto Slider Inserting Device
As the name implies, the auto slider inserting device for the zipper bag making machine is used to insert the plastic sliders onto the bag. It can work on our RT700 zipper attachment to produce various ziplock bags. The device is very popular with bag manufacturer, because it solves the problem caused by labor shortage, high labor cost, low productivity, etc.
Configuration
The slider vibration system for the auto slider inserting device is developed by our company. In addition to the automatic material suction system, this device is installed with PLC computer touch screen system. So, the product can be controlled accurately and conveniently. The relay and power supply employs Schneider band.

1. Delivery Time
The zipper bag making machine will be delivered within 60 days upon the receipt of 30% of contract value as down payment via TT.
2. Packing
The product shall be wrapped with stretched film and sponge first. Then the wooden pallet is used as external packing.
3. Payment Term
30% of the contract value shall be paid for down payment. Payment for the balance shall be made upon factory inspection.
4. Installation Cost
If installation service is required, buyers need to afford the cost for visa, round trip air ticket, accommodation, dining, traffic, and 100 USD/day salary for the technicians.
