Three-Layer Extrusion Film Blowing Machine
Our three-layer extrusion film blowing machine is developed to meet the actual market demands. Made using advanced design technologies, it presents many advantages over similar products. It comes with a reasonably designed quick screen changer which allows the filter screen to be easily replaced.
The die head adopts layer type spiral mandrel structure and can perform continuous 360° rotation. Our film blowing equipment is very versatile as it is equipped with various functional parts such as the length counting device, cooling water row pipe, vertical cutting device, film spreading roller, scrap collecting device.
Our three-layer extrusion film blowing machine are widely used for producing various LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE and PA packaging films with 0.08 mm thickness and folding widths from 800 mm to 1500 mm. As the films made by our machine are strong and offer good resistance to moisture, rain, wind, frost and oil, they can be used for packaging fresh fruits, meat products, pickled vegetables, fresh milk, drinks, etc.
