The automatic footwear production line is used for the assembly and drying of rubber shoes, canvas shoes and leather shoes. The operator simply needs to place shoe components on the conveyor belt, and the automatic forming line will do the rest, thus significantly saving on production time and labor costs.
This production line’s oven features a maximum temperature of 88℃ and utilizes a hot air circulation drying method, ensuring the temperature can be automatically adjusted according to actual shoe production conditions, avoiding damage to the leather surface and pulp top surfaces due to high temperatures.
