In order to meet the increasing demand from our global customers, in 2010 we moved from Rui'an and established a new base in Pingyang. We also changed the company name from Rui'an Zhuxin Machinery Company Ltd. to Zhejiang Zhuxin Machinery Company Ltd.
Our customer service is unsurpassed. We provide lifelong maintenance service for all our clients, as well as a one-year warranty for all our products. We also offer free machine-parts exchange service within the warranty period, and can provide scientific and economic budget plans in order to meet the various requirements of our customers. In addition, we can provide customers with samples of our products, and customers are welcome to provide us with their particular needs, so that we can work together to help select a machine that best suits their needs. Generally, products are delivered within 30-45 days of purchase if it is not currently in stock when purchased. Our friendly and knowledgeable technical staff is also available to help customers with machine installation. OEM service is not offered at this time.
