High-Speed Stretch Film ExtruderThis high speed stretch film extrusion machine is our 4th generation stretch film production line, and features a high speed that can produce rolls of film in a width of 1500mm (500mm x 3 rolls) or 2000mm (500mm x 4 rolls).
It uses LLDPE and LDPE granules to produce the casting stretch film, which in turn is widely used as packing material for construction parts, pallet wrapping, auto parts etc.
Middle-Speed Stretch Film Extruder1000mm Double Layer Plastic Film Extruder is a new model which has simple design, but owns very good output (max.extrusion output is 80kg/h). It can make jumbo roll size of 1000mm width, or 500mm width*2, or 333mm width*3. This is a top selling model among our stretch film machines, because of its very low price and stable working performance.
500mm Stretch Film ExtruderThis machine also can be used as either a LDPE film extruder or a LLDPE film extruder. As a result, JDCPE-60/45 automatic 2 layer stretch film extruder is applicable for producing LDPE or LLDPE stretch film for building material and hardware parts packaging.
