KL1300AS Cardboard Cutter

It is an upgrading model KL1300A. Two sets of KL1300A cardboard cutter machines are connected together via the transfer belt which can finish board cutting work two times in the same process. It is mainly used for cutting cardboard, grey board, etc. which is necessary for hardcovers and package cases.

Auto feeder
It adopts bottom-drawn feeder which feed the material without stopping. It’s available to feed small size of board.

Servo and Ball Screw 
The feeders are controlled by the ball screw, driven by the servo motor which efficiently improves the precision and makes adjustment easy.

Adopt alloy round knives, durable which reduce the abrasion and improve the cutting efficiency

Auto knife distance setting
The distance of cut can be set in touch screen. According to the setting, the guide can automatically move to the position without measuring. 

CE standard safety cover
The safety cover is designed according to the CE standard which efficiently prevents the disoperation and ensures the personal safety.

Waste crusher
The waste can be automatically crushed and collected when cutting the big sheet of cardboard. 

Pneumatic pressure control device
Adopt air cylinders for the pressure control which reduce the skill requirement of workers.
