KMK factory in Indonesia is the largest production base for Nike vulcanized shoes in the world. Hongda has assisted them in upgrading outsole equipment, replacing more than 20 sets of conventional Korean extrusion machines with over 10 sets of our foxing tape extruders, thus greatly increasing productivity while saving labor force. In addition, we have improved forming process by simplifying the process of first foxing making, providing a better foxing pressing result.
