  • Follow the principle of quality as the core, our equipment is strictly manufactured in accordance with standards of ISO9001 quality management system, eliminating quality problems fundamentally.
  • We strictly carry out machine testing processes and testing time, such as continuous noise level testing for 10 hours, current and voltage testing and load operation testing for more than 50 hours, and provide test reports to ensure the stable operation of equipment before leaving the factory.
  • According to customer’s request, we will provide user manual and installation instructions. Remote installation, commissioning and training services are also available.
  • Every single machine has a QR code, and a corresponding professional engineer is responsible for providing after-sales service. If there is any operating or quality issue, the operator only needs to scan the QR code to contact the engineer who will assist to solve the problem through video call.
  • Due to our convenient traffic conditions, our engineer can go to customer’s site in a timely manner when any technical problem occurs, thus greatly shortening the handling time.
  • We pride ourselves on our good after-sales service through regular customer tracking and maintenance. We will designate one engineer to provide customer with guidance on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, guaranteeing the smooth operation of the machine.
