HSVZ-450X2 is a bag machine with triangle V-fold units in each line. After film is extruded with side gusset, the feeding film will be folded one time before it seal and perforate, so after the sealing, the bottom of bag will be star shape as photo shows.
HSVZ-450X2 can make garbage bags in efficient production by automatically changing plastic rolls. Machine equip V-fold units on each line. EPC devices will make bag rewinding more tight and in order. Process of bag making: Film unwinding first, then V-fold, seal and perforate, rewind in the last.
The Max. Bag roll width can reach to 300mm, it fits for the market garbage bags requirements.
